User Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to iCreateStory, an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate and edit videos, images, and audio content.
By downloading, accessing, or using iCreateStory, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
This Agreement is a binding contract between you ("User") and Algorithm Squad FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Use of the Application
a. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use iCreateStory for personal and lawful purposes only.
b. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written consent.
- Use the app for illegal or harmful activities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app's code or AI models.
- Upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates any law.
3. Content Ownership
a. Your Content
You retain full ownership and rights to the text, images, audio, and video content you upload, record, or create within the app.
b. Usage of Uploaded Data
All uploaded and generated data is used solely for processing and content generation within your device or securely through our servers.
We do not use, store, train, sell, or reuse your data for any secondary purpose — including AI training, marketing, or analytics.
c. Generated Content
AI-generated results are provided for creative and entertainment purposes. You are responsible for how you use and distribute them.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is our top priority.
All personal and generated data are processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
Key principles:
- Data is used only for the purpose of generation and app functionality.
- We do not share or resell user data to any third parties.
- You may delete your generated or uploaded data anytime from your device.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, AI templates, source code, and design elements of iCreateStory are the intellectual property of Algorithm Squad FZE and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use iCreateStory responsibly and lawfully.
- Ensure that any content you upload or create does not violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Not misuse the app for generating harmful, deceptive, or explicit materials.
7. Service Availability
While we aim to keep the app available 24/7, we may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.
We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss, or temporary unavailability of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Algorithm Squad FZE and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
- Loss of data or content generated through user error or third-party interference.
You use the app at your own risk, and all features are provided "as is."
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iCreateStory if you violate this Agreement or use the app inappropriately.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement periodically.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or on our official website.
Continued use of iCreateStory after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
